What We Do

At Blue Stack Smokehouse we don't follow a specific regional technique when we smoke our meats. All of our menu items have their very own distinctive flavor profile. From the brisket to the smoked sausage each item is unique.

I started out using the traditional hickory and mesquite woods but was not impressed with the flavors they provided. I then started experimenting with fruit woods as well as pecan and was very happy with the results and haven’t looked back! The blends of smoke and flavor these woods add to our products is what make our meats and sides Blue Stack Certified!
